Apple cider vinegar has been used for several generations, when e.g. have brewed cider from fresh apples and fermented them using acetic acid bacteria to eventually end up with apple cider vinegar.

Vitamin B12 is known to contribute to, among other things, a normal energy metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, normal formation of red blood cells, normal function of the immune system and to reduce fatigue and exhaustion.
