Refund policy

We like to make returns simple, that is why we offer a 30 day return policy (from when your order is delivered). All you need to do is send your order back to us, unopened, in the original packing and in a saleable condition for a refund. It is that simple.

Once your item has arrived back to our warehouse and inspected - the replacement or refund will be issued. Easy peasy.

Please note we do not offer free exchanges, if you wish to exchange your item for a different size or flavour a delivery charge will be payable.

Due to peak times, refunds and exchanges can take up to 5 working days once received and inspected in our warehouse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Your Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up correctly and can't get damaged on it's journey!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back to us, please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we will ask you to cover the delivery cost. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless they have a product guarantee which is clearly advertised.

Your Refund

Orders can only be refunded back to the original payment method used at checkout. 

Credit & Debit Cards - 2 to 3 working days once the refund has been processed
PayPal - 1 working day (usually instantly)
ClearPay - 1 to 2 working days once the refund has been processed
Bank Transfer - 3 to 5 working days once bank details have been confirmed

If you have not received your refund within the above timeframe, please get in touch with our Customer Service team.
