SUGGESTED USE
Mix 2 scoops (40g) with 300-400ml of water and shake well. AFTER EVENT Drink within 30 minutes following an event or training session. In case of an endurance event exceeding 4 hours, have a second serving 2-3 hours after the event or 2-3 hours after your first meal following the event.
