RECOMMENDED USE: 

Mix 2 rounded scoops (40 g) with 500–750 ml of water. Start by mixing with 250 ml of water and shake for 10–15 seconds, then add the remaining 250–500 ml of water and shake again.
Consume 1 serving before prolonged exercise.
Consume an additional serving every hour during long or endurance exercise sessions.
