Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns policy-

We like to make returns simple, that is why we offer a 30 day return policy. All you need to do is send your order back to us, unopened, in the original packing and in a saleable condition for a refund. It is that simple.

We do offer a returns service but this is at the cost of £3 per order. We will provide you with a pre-paid returns label, all you will need to do is stick it into the box and take it to your local post office. We will then deduct £3 from your refund once your item has arrived back to our warehouse and inspected. Easy peasy.

If you have ordered clothing, and you want to exchange it for a different size just send us an email within 30 days of placing your order, and we will sort the rest.

Due to peak times, refunds and exchanges can take up to 5 working days once received and inspected in our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an order over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
