Refund and Exchange Policy
We like to make returns simple, that is why we offer a 30 day return policy. All you need to do is send your order back to us*, unopened, in the original packing and in a saleable condition for a refund. It is that simple.
Once your item has arrived back to our warehouse and inspected (this may include a weight check, physical check and a laboratory test) - the replacement or refund will be issued. Easy peasy.
Returns are simple and we do offer a 30-day return policy**. All you need to do is send your order back to us, unopened, in the original packing and in a sellable condition for a refund.
To exchange clothing, send us an email within 30 days of placing your order and we will sort the rest.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges on supplements, food or stage-wear due to safety concerns.
Opened tubs of supplements or food products which are not in a resalable condition are usually not able to be returned for safety reasons. If you have purchased the incorrect flavour, and do not like, we reserve the right to refuse the refund of the item or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the amount from the refunded amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If the goods have been removed from their original packaging, we might not accept your return either. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an order over £20, you should consider using a tracked shipping service with insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned order and Gymstop will not be liable for any losses.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or brand.
