Advent calendars have been around since the 19th century, but we’re more interested in chocolate advent calendars; the first of which was created in 1958. Since then they’ve become a mainstay for us chocolate-loving brits, but our advent calendars are the best way to sample our house grade chocolate every day - it is Christmas, after all!
From the first day of December, you can pop open a door a day to find a solid milk chocolate sculpture. Will your favourite be the reindeer, snowman or the penguin? We simply can’t choose - we just know they melt deliciously in your mouth.
Each chocolate is accompanied by an uplifting message to keep your spirits high during this festive season. We know that it can be stressful buying presents and trying to find the elusive end to the sellotape when wrapping, so our milk chocolate shapes are there to bring a moment of calm to your day.
Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee in the morning, or save it till the evening if you can (we don’t have the self-control!). A moment of creamy, rich, perfectly balanced chocolate a day will keep the worries away - just try not to eat them all at once!
