Very good quality low carb bread!
Basically you get 5 or 6 very thin slices of rye bread with linseed. For the price I was expecting the usual loaf of protein bread like the stuff sold by MyProtein. Where 2 slices provide 30 grams of protein. Meaning you have more than enough to have a decent protein boost in your morning toast.
These don’t toast well and don’t taste good either way.
