Brighten your day with fluffy, piping hot pancakes or waffles, while getting a hearty dose of protein to boot! Not only is our Protein Pancake Mix chock-full of wholesome protein from whey and peas, we also added our very own stone-ground whole wheat pastry flour and a touch of psyllium to make this special blend a good source of dietary fiber. Guilt-free pancakes that can really get you through the morning – now that's something to celebrate!

Suggested Use
Pancake Instructions
- 1 cup Protein Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup Water
Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or non-stick skillet to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup Protein Pancake Mix and 3/4 cup water. Whisk together until just incorporated. For each pancake, ladle a scant 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle. Let cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3-4 minutes. Flip pancakes over and continue to cook until done, about 3-4 additional minutes.
Makes 4-6 pancakes.
Waffle Instructions
- 1 cup Protein Pancake Mix
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp melted Butter or Oil
Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together Protein Pancake Mix, water, and melted butter or oil. Whisk together until just incorporated. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles.
Makes 2 waffles.
